ornament measure 4 25"X4.25" and it comes with a gift box.
ornament is decorated with either blue, white & gold wooden beads for boys and pink, white & gold for girls, you can choose these options for either boy or girl under the option box.
Dogs Silhouette are painted in White. finished product has a soft gloss finished.
Please allow 3 days to be completely finished and processed.
provided is a dog silhouette choice chart to choose from the pet of your choice, just indicate under the option box. ***for reference see last picture Dog choice chart***
under personalization box you can add your pet's name, please make sure to double check the spelling of your pet's name, I'm not responsible for any misspelling on your part as refunds will not be issued for typing errors.
If you are not able to add personalization please send me a message with your pet's name.
If personalization is not requested, the ornament will ship with the dog silhouette shape selected only and no name.
I'm not responsible for shipping times once the package has been delivered to the carrier. Please carefully select the shipping option that you require.

Custom and personalized orders
I custom & personalized T-shirts, Mugs, Christmas Ornaments, Tutus, etc. For any personalized item you are responsible for the correct spelling of a name.
Custom request
For any custom order if you need it sooner please you must let me know on time, Custom orders as crochet items will take a bit longer do the fact that I hand crochet every item. ej; crochet baby sets, crochet hats, crochet sleepers, etc.
Shipping
I ship any breakable item via Priority Mail, no exceptions. Any other items I ship via 1st Class Mail, Upgrade to Priority Mail is available if you need your item sooner.
Once your order is finished it will be shipped by the Shipping Option you chose.
1st Class Mail takes 4-5 days delivery, and Priority Mail takes 2-3 days delivery time. You will receive a tracking number to keep track of your package, Priority Mail takes 2-3 days delivery based on your city & state. This only applies to US continent.
For International I ship all packages First Class International Mail and it can take 10-15 days for delivery based on your Country & city. You will also Receive a tracking number.
Exchanges or Returns
For any custom or personalized orders I do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please understand due to the nature of a personalized item I can accept any return or exchanges since I will have no use for a personalized item, nor will be able to sell it.
We do not offer exchanges on Personalized for wrong size ordered, please make sure to choose the correct size.
If it is a non-personalized item to be exchanged Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If any of the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Original condition means Clothing, Hats, Etc. the item must not be worn, washed or torn, I will inspect every item & exchanged will be denied.
